Our weekly cashback promotion rewards eligible players with a percentage of their net losses, subject to qualifying deposits, player level, activation requirements, and wagering conditions.
Cashback is a promotional bonus through which eligible customers may receive a percentage of their net losses incurred during a defined weekly period. Cashback is calculated weekly, and where applicable, a cashback offer is made available every Sunday at 12:00 UTC, subject to all relevant eligibility criteria being met.
Cashback is not credited automatically. Eligible customers will instead receive a cashback offer that remains available for activation for seven (7) days from the time of issue. If the cashback offer is not activated within that period, it will expire automatically and no cashback will be granted.
To qualify for cashback, a customer must incur minimum net losses of at least €50 during the relevant weekly period. The base cashback percentage is determined according to the customer’s qualifying deposit amount within that same period.
In addition to the base cashback percentage, an extra cashback percentage may be granted depending on the customer’s loyalty or VIP level. The applicable level-based additions are added to the base cashback percentage to determine the total cashback percentage.
Any cashback awarded is credited as bonus funds and is not immediately withdrawable. Cashback is subject to a wagering requirement of fifteen (15) times the cashback amount awarded, unless expressly stated otherwise. Once activated, cashback operates in accordance with the general bonus rules of the platform, including the separation of real-money and bonus balances, product eligibility, wagering requirements, and conversion rules.
The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from cashback bonus funds is €500.00. Any amount in excess of this cap shall be forfeited at the time the cashback bonus balance is converted into real-money funds.
A cashback bonus may only be activated where the customer has no other active bonus at the time of activation. If another bonus is already active, the cashback offer cannot be activated until that other bonus has been completed, forfeited, expired, or otherwise removed in accordance with the applicable bonus rules.
At the time of activation, the customer may be allowed to select whether the cashback is to be used on Casino or Sportsbook, where such functionality is offered by the Operator. Once selected, the cashback bonus applies only to the chosen vertical and cannot be transferred or used across any other product unless expressly permitted.
The Operator reserves the right to review, verify, recalculate, amend, refuse, cancel, withhold, or reclaim any cashback offer, cashback amount, or winnings derived from cashback where there is evidence of error, abuse, fraud, manipulation, bonus misuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable promotional rules.
