Deposit bonuses are granted as a percentage of an eligible qualifying deposit, subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, a minimum deposit of €20.00 applies and the maximum bonus amount that may be awarded is €500.
Unless otherwise stated, a customer is entitled to one (1) no-deposit bonus. No-deposit bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Where a customer holds or opens more than one account, the operator may cancel any no-deposit bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Any bonus granted under a deposit promotion is credited as bonus funds and held separately from the customer’s real-money balance. Bonus funds are virtual promotional funds and are not immediately withdrawable. Bets are deducted first from the customer’s real-money balance and only thereafter from the bonus balance. Any winnings derived from a bet shall be credited to the same balance from which that bet was placed. Accordingly, winnings from bets placed using real-money funds shall be credited to the real-money balance, and winnings from bets placed using bonus funds shall be credited to the bonus balance.
In order for bonus funds to become withdrawable, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, the customer must wager both the qualifying deposit amount and the bonus amount thirty (30) times on eligible games. Upon full completion of the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance shall be converted into the customer’s real-money balance and may then be withdrawn or used for further play, subject to these Terms and any other applicable rules, restrictions, and verification requirements.
The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from bonus funds is €2000.00. Any amount in excess of this cap shall be forfeited at the time the bonus balance is converted into real-money funds.
Bonus funds may only be used on the games specifically designated as eligible for the relevant promotion. If a customer plays a game that is not included in the designated bonus games, gameplay shall continue using real-money funds only, provided such funds are available. Any bets placed on non-eligible games shall not be deducted from the bonus balance and shall not count toward the applicable wagering requirement, rollover requirement, or any other bonus clearing requirement.
A deposit bonus may only be activated where all promotional conditions are satisfied. If a qualifying deposit fails to meet the applicable bonus criteria, the customer shall not be eligible to activate or receive the bonus. Where a customer makes a deposit but does not activate the bonus at the time of deposit and subsequently uses part of that deposit for gameplay, any later activation of the bonus shall apply only to the remaining eligible balance of that deposit. No bonus shall be awarded on any portion of the original deposit that has already been used, wagered, lost, or otherwise depleted prior to activation.
the operator reserves the right to refuse, withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and/or winnings derived from a bonus in the event of abuse, misuse, fraud, attempted circumvention of these Terms, or where the bonus has been granted, activated, or used in error.
Bets placed on crash-type games count toward the applicable wagering requirement only where the round is lost or is cashed out for an amount greater than the stake. Any crash-game round whose total cashout is equal to or lower than the stake shall not count toward the wagering requirement, the rollover requirement, or any other bonus clearing requirement.
