Free spins may be granted as a standalone promotion or as part of another bonus offer, including but not limited to deposit bonuses. Where applicable, free spins may be awarded in daily portions and may apply to different designated games on different days. For example, a customer may receive a specified number of free spins on one game on the first day and an additional number of free spins on another game on a subsequent day, in accordance with the terms of the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, free spins must be activated and used within twenty-four (24) hours from the time they are made available to the customer. Any free spins not activated or used within that period shall expire automatically and shall no longer be available.
A customer may only have free spins for one designated game active at any one time. Where multiple free spin offers are available on different games, the customer must first activate and complete the free spins for one game before activating free spins for another game.
Any winnings generated from free spins shall not be credited directly to the customer’s real-money balance. Instead, such winnings shall be converted into a separate bonus offer, which shall be credited as bonus funds and shall be subject to the applicable wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated, the customer shall have seven (7) days from the time such bonus offer is created to activate it. If the bonus offer is not activated within that period, it shall expire automatically.
The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from free spins, and from any bonus funds created from such winnings, is €200.00. Any amount in excess of this cap shall be forfeited at the time the bonus balance is converted into real-money funds.
Where a customer has free spin winnings that have already created a bonus offer, and that bonus offer has not yet been activated, any subsequent winnings derived from additional free spins may be added to the same unactivated bonus offer. However, once a free spin winnings bonus offer has been activated by the customer, any further winnings from later free spins shall be credited into a new separate bonus offer, subject to its own activation period and applicable wagering requirements.
All free spins, free spin winnings, and related bonus offers remain subject to the general bonus terms of the Operator, including but not limited to game eligibility, wagering requirements, bonus expiration rules, account restrictions, abuse prevention measures, and the Operator’s right to amend, suspend, cancel, or reclaim promotions and related winnings in cases of error, misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
