No-deposit bonuses are promotional bonuses granted without any requirement to make a deposit, subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion. A no-deposit bonus may be awarded as bonus funds or as free spins, and may require a bonus code, an invitation, or the completion of a specified action such as registration or account verification.
Unless otherwise stated, a customer is entitled to one (1) no-deposit bonus. No-deposit bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Where a customer holds or opens more than one account, the operator may cancel any no-deposit bonus and any winnings derived from it. A no-deposit bonus may be granted only to an account that satisfies the applicable eligibility and verification requirements, and payment of any winnings is subject to full account verification.
Any no-deposit bonus granted is credited as bonus funds and is held separately from the customer’s real-money balance. Bonus funds are virtual promotional funds and are not immediately withdrawable. Bets are deducted first from the customer’s real-money balance and only thereafter from the bonus balance. Any winnings derived from a bet shall be credited to the same balance from which that bet was placed.
In order for no-deposit bonus funds to become withdrawable, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, the customer must wager the bonus amount thirty-five (35) times on eligible games, and the wagering requirement must be completed within seven (7) days of activation. Any no-deposit bonus for which the wagering requirement has not been completed within that period, together with any winnings derived from it, shall expire and be removed from the account. Upon full completion of the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance shall be converted into the customer’s real-money balance, subject to these Terms and any other applicable rules, restrictions, and verification requirements.
The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from no-deposit bonus funds is €200.00. Any amount in excess of this cap shall be forfeited at the time the bonus balance is converted into real-money funds.
No-deposit bonus funds may only be used on the games specifically designated as eligible for the relevant promotion. If a customer plays a game that is not included in the designated bonus games, gameplay shall continue using real-money funds only, provided such funds are available. Any bets placed on non-eligible games shall not be deducted from the bonus balance and shall not count toward the applicable wagering requirement, rollover requirement, or any other bonus clearing requirement.
The operator reserves the right to refuse, withhold, cancel, or reclaim any no-deposit bonus and/or winnings derived from a no-deposit bonus in the event of abuse, misuse, fraud, attempted circumvention of these Terms, or where the bonus has been granted, activated, or used in error.
Bets placed on crash-type games count toward the applicable wagering requirement only where the round is lost or is cashed out for an amount greater than the stake. Any crash-game round whose total cashout is equal to or lower than the stake shall not count toward the wagering requirement, the rollover requirement, or any other bonus clearing requirement.
