Our loyalty program is designed to reward active players with better benefits as they progress. There are five player levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each new level unlocks additional rewards, higher-value promotions, and improved cashback and reload benefits.
Players move up through the levels by meeting both the required wagering and deposit thresholds for the next level. In other words, reaching a higher level requires not only active play, but also qualifying deposits.
Bronze is the starting level. From there, players can progress to higher levels and unlock increasingly valuable rewards.
Bronze is the entry level and starting point of the loyalty program. Players at this level have access to the standard benefits available on the platform.
